Turning problems into practical products.

I design and manufacture custom parts, prototypes and practical solutions using CAD and professional 3D printing. From replacing broken components to developing new products, I help businesses solve physical challenges.

Custom sensory furniture component

01 — Custom manufacturing components

Custom component development for sensory furniture

Off-the-shelf parts were replaced with custom components designed for CNC-cut panels and repeat manufacture, reducing vent cost from approximately £0.80 to under £0.25 while improving product integration and enabling repeatable batch production.

02 — Reverse engineering and machine improvement

CNC dust extraction foot redesign

A non-suitable dust extraction foot was reverse engineered and adapted for an unsupported cutter size, improving airflow, visibility and machine adaptability without additional tooling purchases.

03 — Hybrid manufacturing solution

Internal edging system for CNC furniture

Custom edge trims and matching end caps solved an internal edging limitation in CNC furniture, improving finish quality and enabling more complex cut-out and profile designs.

About Peter

Design thinking with a practical manufacturing mindset.

With a First Class Honours degree in Product & Furniture Design, I’ve developed products from early concept through to physical prototype. I’m also the founder of Object Club — a product development venture exploring design, manufacturing and 3D printing. That balance of creative thinking and practical engineering helps me turn a vague idea, an awkward process or a broken part into a professional solution.
